Catching up

Had some publications late in 2019.  Never heard back from a lot of those last submissions.  Just deleted the emails and I'll try somewhere else.  Thank you.

Got a new camera.  A Canon I've been feening for for years.  Signed up for a series of workshops the local photography club is putting together. Excited to have greater capabilities.

15 acceptances!  8 at one mag, 6 at another, and 1 at another.

Way happy.

Still have 13 other publications to hear from and some new images to send out.  Looking for my 200th publication of art 'cause I want to celebrate with this Canon camera I've been pining for for three years now.

Found a really cool photo editor.  Was playing with it with some pictures that I couldn't yet throw out but had questionable "artistic" value.  The filters really helped up the game.  BUT the filters that gave more texture to the photos were for paying people.  I could test drive but I wasn't parking that car on my drive till I pulled out the credit card, which I did because the pictures are so cool.

I should be working on my schedules and syllabi because the fall semester starts in two weeks but I got 50 pictures out--some from before, many after my fancy dancy new photo editor--and right now that's all that matters to me.

And not one is a sim. submission.

Got a literary journal in the mail today.  Contributor's copy with one of my favorite pictures that I've taken inside. Yay!

Am grateful for the acceptances, but if one pic is accepted at a time, it's gonna take a minute to publish all that I currently want to.

Currently have 60 images out. Have 12 more although, I'm questioning the artistic value of some. Will play around with Photoshop and maybe I can make something of them. Hope to have all of this first bunch out by days end and next week start on another bunch of 150 images.
